Would not recommend this company. Going through RMA was such a tedious process that I just decided to take a loss on all the money (over $200) I spent on their battery maintainer and cables (which by the way I'm moderately confident destroyed my brand new AGM battery over the course of a few months). I switched to CTEK and moved NOCO to the 'never again' list.
