This is 1ply vs 2ply at Costco and Sam's though. Is this a better quality? I just ordered Costco and its the worse toilet paper I've bought...

It's basically 2 ply in thickness. Not like Scotts, where you need to double up to reduce the chances of a breach. There's also wavy texture to help with clean up. It's not bad TP for the cost. I'm usually a Charmin fan but this is a good substitute.
