Every tshirt I've ever bought from the factory store has felt really nice. Until it gets washed once and then it shrinks several upwards to show your stomach. Washed on cold and dried on low doesn't matter. Not worth it.

Same. I started buying Tall sizes and air drying my tee-shirts - haven't had an issue since.

Sorting by Price Low to High and seeing a two pack of socks for $22.97 as the lowest option, for Banana Republic *Factory*, was honestly pretty jarring (pre-50% off, but still).

No returns. No thanks, unless I'm buying something I tried in store or already own. No return should be illegal. Just charge me fair Shipping to return it or let me return to store within 7 days of receiving it.
