I've had the 640 CFM version of this one for about three years now, with just a 2.5 amp hour battery. I'm actually trying to figure out where in the world I would need 880 CFM since the one I have seems to be capable of blowing the lid off a pickle jar at 40 feet(OK that's hyperbole).

I know I paid far less than this price and mine included the battery and charger. I guess if you have to have the most powerful one this is the one to go for but honestly, I would look for deals, maybe the one around 600 which with the turbo switch is more than enough. My two cents.

I find Ego to be the best battery powered line of lawn equipment, and this is good price, but this model is overkill for the ordinary home. It's worth this one, though, if you have a lot of yard with loose grass or a lot of leaves in the Fall to manage.

Just bought the Lowes deal the other day, that came with two 4.0s. Thing's a beast and will be quite handy for all our oak trees.

Wow! I can't believe we're up to 880 CFM. I have the 765, been really happy with that. I'll wait till we're over a thousand for an upgrade

EGO is sooo much more expensive than Greenworks. Is it that much better? I got a refurbished 80V 800CFM, Greenworks leaf blower with one 2.5 and one 4 AHr batteries last Fall for $120. Works very well....

Does your Greenworks generate 30N force? CFM is one thing but Newton force is blowing force to really move things like acorns, sticky leaves in grass, some snow, anything you need more blowing force. 30N is might be enough for my two live oak trees but would take much longer compared to my Stihl backpack blower with 41N blowing force.
