Ive had these for a few years. Solid build. Water proof. Hold charge really well. And they come in two versions. One with and one without mic. I got the one without mic just for privacy.

This speaker was the top of category for a long time, and they're still great, I own one for the kitchen.

But currently the Soundcore Motion 300 is the better choice for $80 before sale: better battery life, water resistance, loudness, codec support, has EQ settings, doesn't down-sample stereo to play mono (which the Flex 2 unfortunately does). This is my current garage speaker, and the higher loudness is a huge benefit for this usage. Being able to adjust EQ and have different profiles is convenient when I want to swap from different genre playlists.

Also, $109 has essentially become the regular price for the Flex 2 since the Motion 300 released.
