I like this deal at this price very much. We have used Roborock brand (S4 Max) for the past several years; and it has been 5 ***** performance and reliability.

Great to know! I always wondered how their products were. This looks like a great deal then!
I have three different Roborock Vacs these on three different floors. They are very good at what they do and replacement brushes/bags are reasonably priced.
We have been very happy with ours so far. We do not mop on our new hardwood floors but the vacuum is still great and we can program it to mop on tile floors only after it finishes vacuuming the wood floors and rugs.
If I had to nitpick, I'd say one frustration is the app settings vary by vac. For example, on my Q5 pro, I can edit the auto-mapped areas to trim out weird spaces the vacuum added (like when it reflects in a mirror or window glass) where as I cannot do that on the Q10 S5+.
Also the model naming is horrendous and convoluted. Ok two nitpicks...
Looks like a pretty good deal. I bought the q8 max second half of last year. I only use it upstairs where the bedrooms are fully carpeted.
According to Google AI:
The Roborock Q10 S5+ is generally the better, newer option (released ~2025/2026) compared to the Q8 Max+, offering significantly higher suction (10,000Pa vs 5,500Pa) and improved sonic mopping. While both feature dual rubber brushes, auto-empty docks, and LiDAR, the Q10 S5+ provides superior cleaning performance, particularly on carpets, making it the better value.
The robot itself seems decently built, but the wifi on it refused to connect to any network I pointed it to. Since most of the features are locked behind the app (mop water levels, zones, etc), I had to send it back. Annoying.
How's the dirt bag situation on these? Can I reuse them or am I locked into buying them on a schedule, like ink for a printer.
I'm pretty sure I have the Roborock S7 (it's been a couple of years ago since I bought mine, and their naming convention kinda sucks), but I've been really pleased with my vacuum. Mine does the mopping too, but I've never tried it, and until I get more wood flooring installed, I'll just stick to the vacuum feature.
On to your question, I still have never replaced the vacuum bag (since I'm cheap, I have just opened it up every couple of months and shake out, pull out the dust bunnies and crap. At this point, I don't want to look at the cost of a bag and realize how cheap I've been, but FWIW.
I am not sure how, but there was additional $70 discount on the shop.app page. I also found referrals online to get additional 5% off. Pulled the trigger. 😇
