What in it expires? Some medication is still good well after the expiration date, is there an exception to eye drops? Genuinely curious.

Not sure if it would be less effective with age but why else have the expiration date? I have purchased Lumify before and always had a +-2 year expiration date. I use some expired products but am not willing to risk using an expired product in my eyes.

Eye drops contain preservatives to keep them sterile with older age they weaken and can alter the solution pH. Brimonidine can break down over time, so potentially lower effectiveness. Also, your hands, air and eye can introduce bacteria the preservatives help, but they don't last forever. With that being said, I would still use it after expiration date too LOL 😆

For serious marijuana enthusiasts, this is the one to get. Visine and the rest all stopped working for me as I got older, but not Lumify.

But like others have said, get the deals at Costco, Sams, or BJs. Way cheaper

Don't redness relief restrict your eyeball blood vessels and make your eyes dryer? Besides weed smokers, why use this?

As you get older your eyes kind of get not as white. This really helps with that. I don't use it every day but when going out or wearing make up and wanting to look ur best.

I used to be the Lumify rep 5 years ago. I still have a lot of samples left that are "expired" I still use them. Not saying you should though.

I don't smoke pot, but these make my eyes look prettier. I like to use them anytime I put on makeup to go out.

My understanding is that this doesn't work the same way as Visine. There's also been some evidence it can reduce COVID transmission (one mode is microdroplets getting into the eyes, which is why healthcare often have those eyeglasses with the side shields). Not sure it makes sense to purchase solely for that purpose, though.
