I've even tried shipping to another address and no go.

I ordered a 12 pack of regular in my last S&S. Not only was it delivered a day late, but a UPS driver showed up at my door with an Amazon box completely soaked through and still dripping. He advised me to refuse delivery, which I did, and he took it away. Amazon now says I will receive a refund in 3 to 5 days. We were out all afternoon, but so glad we got home in time for that. LOL!
