1 cup Lightly toasted almonds
1/2 cup roasted corn kernels (plain or lightly seasoned)
1/2 cup sesame sticks (minimal ingredients)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder

Suggested Optional Additions:
2 tbsp dried cranberries or apricots (unsweetened or lightly sweetened) or mango
1 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
1 tbsp carob powder (sweet chocolate flavor to complement umami)
2 tbsp nutritional yeast (cheesy flavor)
black pepper (to taste)
Pinch of sea salt (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil (optional to put on peanuts / almonds when first mixing ingredients so herbs stick better)

In a large bowl, mix the toasted peanuts and almonds with the roasted corn, sesame sticks, dried fruit, seeds, and any optional add-ins.
Sift the carob powder, nutritional yeast, and black pepper over the mixture. Toss gently to evenly coat all ingredients.
