I've had some major issues with this model and I've only had them for 4 months. There's connectivity issues that regularly require a hard reset. A hard reset requires presence of a plugged in power cable, which you don't always have available on the go. There's also ringing in the right earphone. I used AirPods Pro before. The sound quality and confort is not as nice but I miss the simplicity of how it just works.

Think it was a mistake , already back to normal. I ordered thankfully but was hoping to get best buy to match since i have total tech and would get the warranty
