Ain't it weird. Digital watches like this came out back in the '70s & were much more costly than this sucker. I had one which was made by National Semiconductor, although I do not recall the price I paid. Repped.

It's a good deal, just remember these specific ones feel very cheap as they are extremely light.

Doesn't feel cheap to me but yes they are extremely lightweight, which I like a lot for a beater watch. This is my go-to when I want a beater but with a slightly more dressy look than a G-Shock or an F-91W.

Yeah, I got myself in a bind with this watch.

I'm a shower curtain ring salesman, and I was trying to get home for Thanksgiving one year. I met this snobby guy trying to get home too, and we ended up sharing a rental car. The car caught fire, and it burned up all of our credit cards. The guy pulled into a hotel and traded a room for his watch. I tried to do the same thing..."It's a Casio!" as I slid it across my arm.

I got thrown out and spent the night in our burned out car.

This is much better than the G-Shock garbage. G-Shock series simply does not pass the test of time. The rubber parts of the G-Shocks (multiple watches) from my teenage years have all (yes 100%) deteriorated. Yet, this (>30 years) and my grand father's Seiko winding mechanical watch (> 50 years) all still working with battery/seal/maintenance.

Yeah that's what I mean. I have this one as well and its much more heavy (obviously its a larger display all round, but the posted one here is very lightweight). Still love both.

Returning, light is almost obsolete and stopwatch + timer can't do 1hour+ and max at 59 minutes...

I wonder if that was a data error or a random sale. Certainly not consistent.

Bought this from Walmart couple of days ago, and man I love it. Its replacing my Garmin Epix Gen 2, which has been giving me inaccurate sleep metrics that I decided to go minimalist for a watch.
