Keep in mind the wind rating on this is not that high if you live in hurricane prone areas. You will be better off with a beefier build like a Pergolux or Bon Pergola although the price also increases accordingly.

Thank you! Bought one. Been looking for pergola deals and this came right on time.

It was either this or the backyard discovery 10 x 12 one at Sam's Club. I do prefer the mirador one for the screen accessories.

At Costco 8.8' x 14' is on sale for $1500. Even at that price, there are so many stocks everywhere. Expect 2 years lifespan for any moving parts of this brand. I'm not sure if Costco will honor refund policy for this either down the line.

The price difference isn't like double or triple. Those companies quoted me 5-10 times the price of this Mirador

It's different dimension. Costco version is on sale for $1499 now. Maybe you can purchase and return in store.

Was comparing both and the Costco one might be worth the 300. Has a longer warranty (5 vs 3 yr) so probably better quality, and that one is all aluminium while this is aluminium/steel so might rust and probably a bit harder to install as it'll be heavier. Best thing about this one, aside from price, is it gets shipped directly to you.

I have the 80S 10x20. It was put thru it's first winter and held up great to the 50-60 mph winds.

Despite it's title, you cannot live outdoors under this. You should buy a house.

Is there a code that works for the fully aluminum version?
edit: yes 111DA20 works for the 10x20 fully aluminum model but still makes it slightly more than buying the same one from Costco.

I got this deal last fall and stored it all winter. Just put it together on my wood deck and the install wasn't bad. It's extremely heavy and you need at least 2 people and two ladders. It's a great upgrade over the soft top gazebos that we used to buy!
