Prime rib steak is awful, chewy chunks inedible. Even the worker there whispered it was bad after they switched suppliers.
Their other sandwiches have been good.

Potbelly's subs aren't the best for what you pay... It's like panera- paying quite a bit more than it's worth but people do it anyways. I think their salads and desserts are solid though.
