Ours rarely makes it back to the base, gets stuck on stuff constantly, has poor mapping compared to lidar units. I would avoid it.

At this point, I'd recommend avoiding buying from Roomba. The company seems to have fallen behind its competitors, and its long-term viability feels uncertain. I own four Roombas and two Braava mop models, and I'm in the process of selling them off. I've grown tired of them constantly getting stuck and scuffing my baseboards, leaving me to touch up the paint. The ongoing maintenance and frustration just aren't worth it anymore.

Shenzhen PICEA Robotics Co. will acquire 100% of iRobot's equity, canceling over million in debt owed to them.
