What does this thing help with? Is it safe to take?
There's no clinical evidence pointing to Ashwagandha being safe or efficient, but since it's marked up as a dietary supplement, it doesn't need to go through the lengthy drug trials. There are some studies that find it to relieve stress and anxiety and help with sleep, but take it with a grain of salt since these randomized trials all use different extracts. Some countries banned it, like Denmark and France, but it's been around for centuries in Asia and Africa, so it's probably not lethal in small doses to most people.
Vitamin D2 is good for you though, and most people have vitamin deficiency anyway so at least that'll help.

I take 1000mg ashwagandha a day on a cycle. Seems to help with cortisol levels and stress. Evidence is anecdotal though.
I did try the 3-pack of Goli (Pre+Post Biotics, ACV, and Ashwagandha) and can say that, at the normal price of $12/bottle, its not worth it. You can find supplements with more of the active ingredient for cheaper (and in gummy form if you choose) and with less sugar. This only has 600mg per day, at 4 gummies a day racking up 50 calories of 8g of sugar. So if you like the flavor, maybe you can consider it candy.
Convenience is nice, but Goli has too much added sugar for the amount of actual supplement you're getting. $6 ain't a bad price to try it out, but i'd avoid it at full price.
