These are well-built and worth the price. They are on the heavy side - likely steel instead of aluminum? There is some what of a flaw in design where the chair wants to fall foward if the kid leans forward. I don't know if this will be an issue - we only tested it for a little bit inside the house. Regardless you can always return to walmart!
