Crazy how much caffeine they put in these pre's. For me, if I'm on a lot of caffeine and doing heavy compound movements, it takes a bit for my heart to calm down. Increases the rest time between sets. Pink salt, non stim pre workout is good. Drink a small red bull if you need.
