I ended up getting one that plugged in via HDMI instead of using the camera and it worked so much better. The colors were more vibrant and matched perfectly with was on screen and especially for action films, they were perfectly in sync. It's a great viewing experience.

So I picked up this one. OMG the lag is so bad, a color comes on the screen and I can count 1 then it shows on the wall. It drove me nuts to the point where I just disabled it completely, pulled it off my TV and sold it.
Now that HDMI 2.1 splitters can capture devices are plentiful and fairly cheap. I am going back to a HDMI device.
HyperHDR
In my years playing with this, the eyeball/camera ones are too laggy, get a HDMI based one, real time is critical for this.
Once you use this, and see a HDMI based device in action, you will know exactly what I am talking about.
