I own the 12" Brisket, 10.5" Butcher and stake knives from this brand. They are definitely not close to Japanese or even German knives but for the price they are very well made and extremely sharp out of the box.

I'm starting to suspect SD tracking me. I'm into butchering watching YouTube videos and buying knives on Amazon and now this obscured thing is being promoted. Anyways, I got the two smaller knives out of the three and I returned it. It does cut well out of the box, but it looks too aggressive with the ridge. Secondly the wood handle is not consistent. On the 10 inch it looks almost black while the 6 inch looks brown.
