Reviewers say USB ports stopped working after a month or so. The frame is very heavy at least 130 to 140 lbs. Need at least 2 people to assemble it. There is NO massage, it's just vibrations likely just on the head side & at the heels. Vibrations are so loud that could be heard in the next room. NO ONE will ever answer a phone or respond to an email through their non-existent CS, and of course once bought, can NEVER return it back no matter what! Again, why is the junk pushed as a deal?
