This CPU can hit up to 157W. I'm not sure what kind of cooling is in this thing, but it's going to be toasty in a little case.

It'll surely be TDP locked to a much lower wattage. The CPU can be dial down to 45-55w for form factors like this, and this one apparently ships with a 120w adapter (19V/6.32A). A quick check on Amazon also seems to yield 120w DC bricks for this PC. This CPU will never see 157w, but it may top out around 80-90w. I read somewhere that other Kamrui Intel-equipped minis are capped at 77w for the CPU.

Generally, OEMs spec power supplies for a potential sustained 80% power draw, so they don't want the total package to go over 96w for long since it's paired with a 120w.

Overall, these are some pretty good specs for $500. Keep in mind it's DDR4 SODIMMs, which helps keep this a reasonable price. You're looking at ~$115-$130 for the ram on the secondary market, and another $110 for the 1TB NVMe. $270-$290 for the remaining PC isn't bad, but we've seen 14450HX PCs fall into that range quite a bit lately. Those considerations are important when barebones PCs can be had for $200-$300. DDR5 PCs will be much more expensive to kit out unfortunately.

Edit: Price for me appears to be $540. Might be Amazon dynamic pricing shenanigans.

Yeah, people don't realize this kind of stuff and will compare benchmarks, to higher powered and better cooled versions of the same cpu, and whine and complain.
That's where mods come in. 😈
