Based on the description: A bummer the usb-c doesn't support monitor output/thunderbolt. Here, only the hdmi connection allows you to connect to a monitor.

I purchased a couple of 6-in-1 devices in 2024 for $17.99 each, and they have been working flawlessly up to this point. I use them daily to connect my work laptop to a 2K monitor and various USB devices. My device has two USB-C ports, one of which supports a PD 100W charging capability https://a.co/d/0idYznH4
