Anker's SOLIX C2000 Gen 2 stands out as a compact 2048Wh power station with a strong 2400W output, very low 9 to 10W idle draw, and a well liked app. It is being used for fridge backup, UPS duty for a 3D printer, and general emergency power, with the size and weight compared favorably against other 2,000Wh units. The main caution is support and warranty handling, since direct Anker coverage appears easier than reseller purchases and registration can route claims back through the retailer. A solid fit if low idle use and portability matter.

  • The station can run with about 9W idle usage, which suits long standby backup needs.

  • The app experience is described as higher quality than competing brands, including Bluetti.

  • The Costco bundle version is described as the same Gen 2 C2000 battery, just packaged with a panel.

  • The unit can serve as a UPS-style backup for devices like a 3D printer.

  • Warranty registration may require contacting the retailer when purchased from an authorized reseller.

  • Some buyers report the units arrive at roughly 80% of stated capacity from the factory.

  • Support and return handling is described as poor by at least one buyer.

  • Buying through different sellers may create uncertainty about whether warranty support differs by seller status.

They are seriously horrible to deal with. That and these are at most 80% ststed capacity from factory. I've spent a lot of money with them and I'm always let down.
Then why do you keep spending money on them?

I'm not sure Anker vs Jackery vs Ooupes 🤔.. Didn't Anker have recalls for fires?

Costco version of this comes with a 400 watt panel -- so if you're looking for a panel too, definitely look there.

Outbound Power has it for $674 after coupon code 'POWER10'.

They claim they are an authorized dealer, but I don't know if there is a difference in warranty support between buying from anker, Amazon, or authorized dealers.

According to the Anker Solix website [ankersolix.com], they are definitely an 'Authorized Online Partner'...

Yes, personal experience. Had to pay for the return shipping on their disappointing products! They offered a refund of about $10 to keep their products.
Looks like the policy states that the only time you'll pay for return shipping if it's outside of the 30 day window AND it's not a quality issue. What was your issue exactly?

Good fine. Though what worries me is that the website also says this:
"This page is only for products purchased directly through our website or AnkerDirect on sites such as eBay and Amazon. If you bought your product from an Anker SOLIX authorized reseller, please contact them directly."
https://www.ankersolix.com/exchan...6_2_5_copy
That sounds like you must go through your retailer rather than Anker for warranty support.
I bought a Solix C1000 Gen 2 from EarthTechProducts, another authorized retailer, and I am not able to register my unit on Anker's website. So it does seem like you have to go through the retailer for warranty claims.

Costco has this with 400w solar panel for $999 FYI. https://www.costco.com/p/-/anker-...4000440923
It's not the same product. You are better off with OPs if you want an additional outlet. It has an additional AC outlet vs. the X model.

Look again, it's the same unit. The x denotes it's a bundle version for Costco. The battery is the same as the gen 2 c2000 listed.
