I got one of these and a Milwaukee 12v and I never touch the dewalt 20v because it's just too big. It works well, but the 12v Milwaukee has similar power, it's not an impact so to break bolts loose you just crank it by hand and use these to back them out or drive them in faster.

But the battery is selling for $40-50 on eBay, so if you wanna deal with the hassle of selling, you can thrift a better deal with the Ace kit.
