No. This one and other recent deals posted here are much better.

If you're in a position to decide for a clinic, this is not the place you should be asking. I'm genuinely terrified for the patients' data...

Lol are you their IT guy? 😂 Anyways, the answer is a resounding NO, these no name brands are sketchy when it comes to spyware, privacy and such.

Seriously?? if you worry about spyware, just do a clean install of the OS by your own, it's 2026 now, not 2006. If you say the spyware embedded in the hardware, then it's a serious issue you just need report this product to homeland security and ask them why they let this product sell in the US.

Do u need windows? If you need to run things like EPIC (not the epic game), go buy Lenovo,Dell, and HP business machine, don't even try other PC (ps. No AMD machine, I never ever seen one single AMD powered PC in medical field, many medical/clinical can't take a risk run on non-intel pc). If all you usage is web application, go buy apple Mac mini or iMac. I worked in health care for 8 years.

I need win 11 and relatively fast GPU (not gaming fast, but faster then regular intel igpu I guess), to show various patient's tissue 2d/3d scans on up to two 4k screens. And I want to be a bit future proof GPU wise. So that is why I think AMD CPU with integrated GPU is a golden middle, coz It allows to have a lot of power in a small box with idle power consumption like a laptop with minimum to no noise.

I bought one of these directly from the vendor a couple of months ago. All no-name parts and (at least mine) had an m2 ssd vs nvme. Unknown ram and just not the quality of many other brands. I made it work for my needs with a good nvme and I replaced the ram. Also came with a wifi module that's incompatible with Linux if that matters to anyone. Personally, I would avoid.
