Really nice units can do 100C, but I doubt this is a really nice unit. I'd expect 50C (about 300A) and be pretty happy with 80C (475A). Even at 50C, it's pretty much guaranteed to jump anything that isn't a giant V8 and honestly, it's probably enough for any consumer-level V8.
