Lenovo is trying to trick consumers into this being a deal.
Gen 4 never made it to the U.S.
Gen 5 is supposedly U.S. bound in June.
This is not a deal, this is a low key attempt to offload old hardware and try to confuse customers into thinking they are getting a bargain.
Community Reviews
The Legion Tab Gen 3 is a compact 8.8 inch Android gaming tablet that stands out for snappy performance, a very good display, strong battery life, and easy portability. It is especially appealing for gaming and emulation, with Fortnite running smoothly and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 still seen as capable for Windows and mobile gaming. The main drawback is the missing microSD card slot, which matters for emulation and storage. Software support and update longevity are also a concern for some, though Lenovo's track record offers some reassurance.
The tablet can run Fortnite without issues while delivering a really good display.
The tablet can feel very snappy and lightweight for everyday handling.
The tablet can be a strong gaming pick when paired with a controller case.
The tablet can support emulation use cases where stable performance matters.
The lack of a microSD card slot can prevent purchases for storage-heavy uses like emulation.
Loose USB charging ports can cause disconnect and reconnect problems that may not be fully fixed.
The tablet's older Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 option can struggle with efficiency and thermals for gaming emulation.
Discount stacking can be limited, which can reduce the final checkout savings.

I prefer smaller tablets to the 11-12" size, and outside of an iPad mini (which is more money and more locked down) this seems like the best option for a tablet this size.
Processor is decent and the RAM is decent and everything else about this tablet is decent.. and when I say decent I refer to high specs.
