Yikes. 440 cals and 22g of added sugar per cookie (choco chip).

It's a choco chip cookie tho so...you know 😋 at least you're also getting the 16g of protein per cookie, as well, so could def be worse!

I tried these before and they tasted awful given the calories. Have they improved over the years? Kinda strange to down nearly 500 calories for kinda gross cookies just because they have a little protein?

I actually don't mind these but I do anticipate them being nearly expired at this price. Better for you than a little Debbie snack cake regardless of what people are saying about calories.

High calories and low protein, I'm missing the point.

You can usually get these https://www.bjs.com/product/natur...000345047/ from BJ's or Sams for less than $7 and these actually taste good.
