Correct. It's 100Ah,.. but saying "it's only 100 amp hour" doesn't tell anyone what they need to know. With no other information, watt hour is the far more useful metric vs amp hour. 100Ah @ 12v is just 1280Wh of useable energy, but the same 100Ah @ 48v is 5120Wh of useable energy. Same Ah but 4 x the voltage means 4 x the useable capacity. Usable capacity is what's important.

Also it can do 50A continuous, so if you've got a transfer panel in your house/RV, this is enough to run a 240V appliance at peak plus about 1200W to spare. As long as all your compressors don't kick on at once this should keep a full home going without interruption unless you've got a four-player co-op session going on your gaming PCs, while also drying clothes and microwaving some pizza rolls.

As I understand it, if it's not UL listed it cannot be grid ties.

Equipment doesn't necessarily need to be Underwriters Laboratories listed. It just needs to meet the required standard UL listed or equivalent tests. I don't know if this product is or isn't, I'm just pointing out it doesn't need to necessarily be UL listed. For example, both CSA Group and ETL can both provide safety testing and certification services that are UL-listed equivalent.

UL approved devices will cost 4 to 5 times more because of what it cost to teat and get it approved by the UL regulators.

Yes, there are paralleling ports, so you should be able to connect additional LiFePO4 batteries to expand the system's capacity and overall energy storage.
