This is the Extra Large version and for a car specially sedans they take up a lot of space. I used it and basically had to drop my seat all the way down so I wouldn't be too high up (6 foot person)

I use this in my jeep and it's a tailbone saver on any trip longer than 20 minutes.

Reviews are all over the place. 1 & 2 stars - Some say too soft, others say too hard. Some say too small, others say too large. One said it didn't look like the picture.

After trying a few now of these seat cushions I've found that your posture matters a ton. If you tend to slouch in the seat or chair you're planning to put this one, it doesn't work very well. You need to be sitting upright. In a car where the back is pretty straight - at least for me - it works pretty well. When I tried this on a desk chair and tend to slouch or lean to one side after sitting for a long period of time it doesn't have the same comfort level.
