Is it really FDA cleared, or did they just say it is?

I see this on most red light therapy devices. I think it just means the technology has been cleared as safe and possibly effective, not that any individual chines knock off like this has paid mountains of moolah to have their individual device cleared.

According to ChatGPT:
Probably not actually FDA cleared—just marketing.

No 510(k) number, no FDA database listing, and no traceable manufacturer. If it were legit, you'd be able to verify it (like real devices from brands such as Therabody).

👉 What's a 510(k)?
It's the official FDA clearance ID. If a device is truly FDA cleared, it will have a number (like "K123456") that you can look up in the FDA database.

👉 If they can't provide that number, assume it's not truly FDA cleared.

Ask it, "How could you be wrong?" 😁

There is no mention of a warranty on the Amazon page. Only a few reviews. It's only been on Amazon since last summer. I couldn't find much information at all, online. A search showed it was being sold at Walmart. But the Walmart page didn't exist. I could only find an online Therezzagge store, selling massagers, no red light therapy mask.
To me, the lack of information is not a good sign. Their name, "Therazzagge" could easily be confused with "Therasage", an established red light therapy brand. Also, not a good sign.
According to Amazon: Manufacturer ‏ : ‎ Shenzhen Eyco Technology Co., Ltd

The people who've reviewed this have either hidden other reviews or have bought a number of the same massagers. Extremely fishy.
