In case it is a serious question, the screenshots are uploaded to the cloud for data analysis, user profiling, and selling the data about your TV use. Information collected includes your IP address, so that data can be cross-referenced with other internet tracking to help identify you and build an even bigger profile of you.
It's called ACR: Automatic Content Recognition
Just another aspect of "the TV watcher is the real product here." You may think you are getting a good deal on a TV, but the manufacturers are making more money off of selling your data than what you paid for the TV.

*I've seen that comment, almost verbatim, stated multiple times. Crazy how these TV's look great inside of crazy bright store like BB, WM, Costco, etc but suddenly when you get it home it requires pitch black environment to see the screen.
Community Reviews
This 75 inch Roku Select Series is a budget 4K smart TV that looks strongest as a simple big-screen option for a dark room. The main appeal is the low $400 price, with comparisons pointing to similarly priced 75 inch Samsung and Pioneer sets. The biggest drawbacks are the lack of Full Array Local Dimming, no HDMI 2.1, and concerns that brightness may feel weak outside a very dark room. Privacy settings also matter here, since automatic content recognition is on by default but can be disabled in the TV menu.
buyers who are willing to disable smart-TV privacy features because commenters note the ACR/screenshot feature is on by default but can be turned off in the TV settings.
people who want a 75" Roku smart TV for a bright retail-style setup because commenters say these TVs can look great in very bright store environments like BB/Walmart/Costco, even if they may need a darker room at home.
home theater shoppers who plan to use the TV in a very dark room because multiple comments say the screen can require a pitch-black environment to see well at home.
people who watch TV in a normally lit living room because commenters say the brightness (nits) complaints mean it may require a pitch-black environment to see the screen well at home.
buyers who care about local dimming performance because commenters call out that the lack of Full Array Local Dimming "kills the deal."
people who want the best smart-TV privacy posture without extra steps because commenters describe ACR automatically taking screenshots and uploading them to the cloud for profiling/monetization (with IP address included).
buyers who specifically need HDMI 2.1 or OLED because commenters say "No OLED and no HDMI 2.1 kills it."

BB either, and yes, my local BJ's does have Roku's on display (right above where you pick up the TV itself. I know, I bought a 75" last year just like that. I think I paid $475....must have been "hIgHeR eNd". (same model actually, different revision)
And I did "Look at it" myself. I literally tilted my head back and looked at at the TV on display
