Cheaper at Target, but even better if you buy the ingredients and make it yourself. I have had this brand and it's great.

What recipe do you use? Used to buy this sauce regularly when it was $3, but $5 is ridiculous.

Like many Koreans, no recipe. Base is gochujang and honey, but I also play in ssamjang, doenjang, kimchi juice, ginger, garlic. I like to control the quality of ingredients and try out variations of umami and sweet. Honestly, sometimes my costs are even higher. I use it on so many things, but the most important is do I feel satisfied at 4am squirting the concoction into my mouth. 🤣
