Disagree. I prefer my Alienware, but for $350 this monitor is amazing.

Someone talk me out of this. Would a LG OLED tv be better anyway (4k at 32 inches overkill)
4K at 32 inch is overkill, but can you buy a better monitor for the PRICE.

Thanks, just picked one up.

Google search it, my chrome browser shows me $329.99 with free shipping after i put it in my cart, from Dell direct.
This is what i put in and it popped up on the right side. I tried to put a link but it goes to a dead screen>
" Dell 32 Plus 4K Monitor - S3225QS "

Bro, the QS is not QD-oled, it's VA LCD.

QC, is the oled, it's $800 on dell.

Your bright room is the problem, OLED is OLED. yummy

Overblown issue. Most people use monitors at higher than 100% dpi, there's no text problem whatsoever.

Why would anyone waste OLED burn in on Spreadsheets. Cool

This is easily the best monitor deal of the year.

32 Inch 2560x1440 240hz VA LCDs cost around $350.

I'd rather have 32 inch 3840x2160 120hz QD-OLED, not just any oled, QD, this blows LG RGBW out of the water. Amazing colors, shit you've never seen.

The bottom bezel has 5 speaker drivers, infrared LEDs and a sensor to SPY ON YOU for spatial audio.

There's a reason for it. It's frankly an amazing soundbar for what it is, and NOTHING $350 has it.

These ARE THE OLEDs you are looking for. nod

Have you heard of the "multi-quote" feature?

Grabbed one, but I don't have a USBC DisplayPort on my PC to update the firmware. Should I just use the included USBC cable and plug that into my motherboard and use HDMI to update the firmware?
This was what AI told me. I just want to check with other folks that might have already updated their firmware.
Edit:
All right, I just updated my firmware. So if you don't have a GPU or motherboard with a USBC DP, connect the included USBC cable from the monitors USBC DP port (not the data only port with the orange plug) to your PC's motherboards usbc port, then run the HDMI 2.1 connection to your GPU. The safest way is to run Dell peripheral manager. It'll Auto detect your monitor and grab the correct firmware. Make sure you turn off virus protection because it's going to try to access the camera on the the spatial speakers and your antivirus may block it.
I searched for official firmware update instructions from Dell but they don't actually have it. The link just goes to a document that no longer exist. But I was able to successfully update mine this way.

Cypress, CA is showing in stock on the app's warehouse inventory search. Every store nearby shows out of stock.

I mean that's great an all but a lot of us prefer a dedicated sound setup like external speaker, headphones, or iems where this would not help. I'm sure it sounds great for what it is though and I'd take it in a heartbeat if my local Costco had it in stock...

When I heard there was a camera spying was the first thing I thought of. Assuming the spatial audio sensor can be turned off or I would just put a piece of electrical tape over it. From a technical standpoint we'd need to know if there is any transfer of data. I wasn't sure if that camera was just for the audio or if it's also a webcam.

The spatial audio position sensor is is well documented in the User Guide and can be turned off (and then taped over, obviously). Weirdly found that the teardown documentation clearly identified the infrared LEDs (IR) but weirdly labels the spatial audio camera as a webcam. LMAO

Nvidia control panel shows the monitor as "not validated as g-sync compatible" and the spatial audio position not detected warning keeps popping up. Is this happening to anyone else?

Last unit in Carmel mountain, CA. However marked at 499.99. Confirmed with the cashier, scanned again and still rings 499.99. Bad luck I guess.

Documentation recommends a seating range between 0.7m and 1.5m from the sensor without any obstructions. Does this apply for your setting?

Good luck!
