I have this one and it's really good. I use it daily and so does my wife. The only thing is when cooking with both baskets it takes more time and you have to learn how to adjust that by trial and error.

Came here to say this. We are on our second. Even our newer one it's the same. The motor can't keep up nicely when both sides are going. Maybe this newest model does better, but doubtful.

Not in the market for one of these at the moment, but good info.

If Ninja has this issue, I'm assuming other brands that have a dual basket do as well?

Yep, have one too but it's not the motor it's that it can't draw enough electricity for both heating elements at the same time, so it just takes a long time to get up to temp. My next one will be a single compartment one for sure.
