I was obsessed with the originals on NES. There's a lot that will remind you of those games in Ragebound.
It's a fun arcade style 2D game that does feel like the NES ninja gaidens. It's not a cookie cutter copycat by any means.
Because of the nostalgia-- it's very good. However, without it, it's just not as good.
I had a lot of fun and might go through hard mode.
This is not as good or as long or as hard or as polished as a 2d side scroller like silksong -- yet, they're charging $30--and that's on sale! I found it cheaper on Woot a few weeks ago.
There are many games you could play that will offer more value-- if you're a ninja gaiden fan, you'll like this.
*This game did glitch out on me a few times.
