looks like BEVA is a tradename for "NINGBO LITESUN ELECTRONICS CO., LTD." which does have a bunch of ETL approved products. I didn't go through all the listings trying to find this one. seems like they supply a ton of name brands.

edit: found the model number in review photos TP-BV3U2S-C and could not find that on ETL.

Please note the entire shared output over the USBC and USBA is 17w. If nothing else is plugged in the USBC will draw 17w, and a single USBA will draw up to 12w.
