I think these are popular for battery-operated Blink cameras because they meet that criteria (including the voltage sensitivity), though Blink says not to use rechargeables.
Generally speaking, a high-quality NiMH like Eneloop is going to be a more cost-effective purchase. You don't need these in your TV remote.
Community Reviews
These USB C lithium AA rechargeables stand out for devices that need a steady 1.5 volt supply, especially Blink cameras and other voltage sensitive gear. The constant voltage can make low battery behavior more predictable and avoid the false low warnings common with NiMH cells. They also get praise for strong output in some high drain uses. The main knocks are misleading capacity claims, slower charging than hoped, and uncertain longevity, with some reports of sudden cutoff and weak USB output. A niche pick for the right device.

But that was also a year or two ago. Haven't really looked into it since. 😅
These would be a cheap way to find out about this chemistry. Do some homework.
Emphasis on CHEAP. Since it's a new chemistry no one REALLY knows how long they will last.
I've got some Tenavolt Li that are 4+ years old that are still doing fine. But, they aren't the cheap ones.
I do have some HW Li, but NOT the USB version. Only had them maybe 6 months, so don't know longevity.
False capacity claims are a hallmark of this kind of battery. 70-80% of claimed capacity seems to be in the usual ballpark.
They do NOT have the claimed capacity. > 1768 to 2010 mAh
There is a trade-off of less capacity while USB charging vs proprietary charger.
This capacity review is worth checking out.

As another person mentioned further down these are 2500mah equivalents so the 3600 makes it seem better than they are.
Edited: math was wrong and corrected by another user. Thanks for the info.
AH isn't really a unit of energy nor work. just FYI. AH relation to Energy is like saying because something is taller than some other thing so one must wight more than another. Macbook air battery is about 4000 mAH, you really think two eneloop beats a macbook air battery in size?
But, I grabbed something similar off of Amazon's Haul during BF. Looks like they're currently $6 for a 4-pack, claiming only 1200mAh a piece.

Been using them for 5 months in my Quest 3 VR controllers. When I'm alerted the batteries are low, I've got only about 10 minutes left of usage! I'm cycling these about 4x as quickly as disposable Alkaline AA's, but a little less waste using rechargeables.
