In addition to the other two above I also use gg.deals but they also list some shadier stores. With that said I haven't had any issues with the handful of games I have purchased.
Also pay attention to if the key is an actual key versus an account. A normal key can be added to your library. An account is just a random account with a game or service. I bought a game pass sub for x-mas but the darn thing was an account so my nephew couldn't add it to his existing xbox account.
