The 77 inch LG C5 OLED evo stands out as a big, immersive OLED upgrade with excellent picture quality and easy LG remote navigation. It is drawing strong praise from owners moving up from older B7 and B8 sets, and the 77 inch size is especially appealing for bedroom viewing or a larger living room. The main cautions are around partner store logistics, with price changes at checkout, slow or messy delivery and installation through Angi, and occasional trouble getting price adjustments or refunds. A compelling OLED pick if the size and checkout timing line up.

  • OLED upgraders coming from older LG sets, because the picture jump is noticeable enough to replace a badly aged panel.

  • Bedroom viewers who want a huge screen from bed, because the 77-inch size is comfortable when it fits the room.

  • Home theater fans who prefer OLED contrast over Mini-LED, because it is described as outperforming bright LCD alternatives.

  • Families building an all-OLED setup, because the TV is easy to pair with other OLED sizes across different rooms.

  • Shoppers who need a brighter panel for vivid color in a sunlit room, because QD-OLED is described as brighter and more vivid.

  • People who need a smooth delivery and setup experience, because partner-store shipping and installation can be delayed or handled poorly.

  • Owners expecting a dramatic upgrade from an already good OLED, because the step up from a B8 is described as only marginal.

  • Buyers who want the newest generation and plan to wait, because the C6 is described as a significant upgrade over this model.

Ahh it looks like Hulu may have ended it.

Give it a try to sign up through this link. Hulu's own perks website says it expired, but the LG Partner store URL I used to sign up is still up.

That seems to have worked. Thank you!

I find this… stupid. I AM in the industry and worked with LG products. My work email was not on their approved list last time I tried this. Yet a random person with Hulu can sign up…?

Idk if that's true
Then you don't know TVs. It's verifiably true. Go look at them in store. OLED spanks anything Mini-LED, and the QM6K is a big step down from a QM8K, which this also blows out of the water.

Awesome, glad it did! Once you have access it's pretty easy to check the deals each morning and pounce when you need.

My parents needed an 83" and I was able to get them one for around 1600 after coupon. I also got myself a 65" for our bonus room. Love having all our TV's be OLED now Smilie

Mine came this afternoon. After reading all the horror stories online about partner store deliveries, I'm thankful mine was a success.

Which 83" model did you snag for $1600?

The B5. It was about a month back, I think it was marked at 1699 but applied a coupon provided by them to knock it down.

It's worse than being painfully patient. I would argue it's deception at best and fraud at worst.
Deals for the partner store are routinely posted with varying results. I'll share mine.
I got in the OLED monitor deal many months back.
The first part of my order shipped to my local FedEx office. I received a notice from FedEx that there was error in delivery. Very odd considering I work from home and know the route of the driver very well. I called FedEx customer service to see the issue. The shipper (LG) had stopped delivery. But of course nowhere on the FedEx site did it mention that.
I contacted LG and requested my money or the item. Was informed I would have to wait for them to receive the item back which I never received because they stopped shipment.
Fast forward a week and I get a text from lg mentioning a price error and I could purchase the item again with a 5% discount or request a refund. I requested a refund via text message. The message mentioned waiting x business days. Waited those x business and no refund. Contacted PayPal which gives LG 20 days to respond even through I included the message from LG that stated a refund was issued but PayPal could see that it was not. PayPal could also see that I never received the item. It was not. It took ~20 business days for lg to issue the refund to PayPal. In the ~20 days I received a spam email from LG that included the email addresses of what appeared to be people requesting refunds from LG and a suspicious message that said I needed to send the product back. The product I never received.
The 2nd part of the order was even worse than the first part of the order.
Keep in mind if you request a refund via or phone they can't help and that customer service needs to send a request to a different department. It's an immense waste of time to talk to LG. Too many departments and no one can do anything other than send a request.
You're better off hoping for a unicorn deal in a physical store
Ordered mine Feb 14.........RXO confirmed delivery date Feb 20 2:30-6:30pm with 30 min notification of arrival. 7pm RXO tracking site "said customer not home" will schedule re-delivery. For next 2 weeks RXO made up all kind of excuses, wouldn't return my calls. Had to complain to LG and RXO finally omitted it was lost 41 days later. LG offered replacement or refund......ordered replacement Mar 30. Mar 15 LG confirmed order is on it's way, carrier will notify April 2-4 to schedule delivery. Absolutely ridiculous customer service from RXO and LG what can I say, It's been 74 days and counting😡

I went from a B7 65" with 30k hours on it to a C5 77" and couldn't be happier. The color on the B7 was completely screwed up.
I still have a B6 65. Still blown away by the picture. Only thing that would push me to upgrade is dithering gradiation in scenes where something goes from bright to dark gradually. Have they fixed that issue?
