Best part they made them disposable.
Battery dies after 1.5 years. They don't provide any battery exchanges or anything on that matter. Although when you decide to change battery yourself What they provide though is an automatic update that brick your device fully or just disable speakers etc. to make them useless

I own a pair. Excellent quality. Battery is still excellent after 2 years of use, still holds full charge, everything works beautiful. Camera is similar quality photos as iPhone. Sound is epic for music. Clear calls. YouTube reviews will support this.
