I've had a 12" version of this in the oven for several years now and highly recommend trying it out. It's fantastic for baking or heating pizzas, baking any sort of frozen thing, and basically taking the place of a baking sheet. You just need to let it heat a little bit more once the oven reaches temp. Easy to clean and basically indestructible. 10" might be a little small though.
