I do have this trimmer and it's been fine. I came from panasonics, this seems similar quality, the rechargeable battery lasts a long time.

agreed. Very poor quality, overhyped, product.
Their website says free returns and since i used a coupon code from some "influencer" they didnt want to refund me. i had to complain over email, and then randomly they just said keep it and randomly refunded my stuff.
I have found the phillips one blade to be superior to those downstairs parts. My other old phillips doesnt do much anymore, but its still got juice to do the nose hairs and im gonna be super sad when that thing finally dies.

You can buy a multi purpose trimmer for around the same price that comes with an ear and nose trimmer. Awful price. Manscaped products don't have a good reputation.
