I think I got the previous version for about 30 bucks some years ago. Used it once. Worked great! Never used it again.

I've used this a few times. It does well. Prepped 6 ribeyes in it, but that was probably the max. Good for family dinner

I've had this identical model for probably 10 years now. It's off by about 5 degrees (maybe it can be recalibrated, never cared to do it) and the temperature dial is very finnicky now, but it keeps chugging along without any issue. I think I probably use it once a week so it's been used a lot.

I'm tempted to buy one as a replacement because I'm worried mine will die mid-cook (I do some overnight cooks) but I am worried it's going to have dial issues again.
