Not exactly the most space efficient but it is very decorative. Sturdy enough as long as you don't put too much weight on it.

Looks cool but damaging to your books over time. Books shouldn't be stored spine on spine like that.
It also makes it annoying to grab a book.
Also, tons of wasted space compared to a normal bookshelf in the same dimensions

Decent as decoration if you like the look, terrible as an actual bookshelf.

agree. bought similar one without fancy LED lights, its so flimsy, its just for decoration.

A closer look at the website's uploaded customer photos shows the the Pic is Photoshopped. Take note of the actual shelves thickness and then look at the customers photos the shelves are MUCH thinner. and the LED is a tape string set with separation of 1.5" per led. This wouldn't cause a diffused look to the shelves but a harsh colored spot per led. Height is around 4' for the larger one so they are using a lot of image tricks. So you better like bending down to get books.
