Ceramic coatings (sol gel matrix) fail the stick test pretty quickly over time and especially with higher heat applications (fry pans typically beg for high heat) I wish these were just plain stainless tri ply without the coating for safety and longevity. Especially since the tramontina 3 ply set that was in sale last month sold out earlier than sale expiration.

yeah I don't understand the point of coating a triply stainless aside from aesthetics. you get stainless so you can beat it to hell and toss it in the dishwasher without worrying about it and this completely ruins that.
