i had to stop supplementing as i was unintentionally overdosing and not realizing it. for 5 years i kept having painful issues with my right eye and thought it was eye infections. it was inflammatory eye disease from calcium buildup and deposits in my cornea. i always felt something rub off my eye when i wiped it. turns out, i was getting more than enough D3 from sunlight, yogurt, milk, cereals, etc. the only reason i took the supplement is because my doctor recommended it due to my age and blood sugar control.
