Not sure about the upgrades but not having Dolby Vision 2 seems to be a negative.

Damn, I just bought the 83" G5 from partner store for $3500. No free sound system (already have plenty of audio gear though) and no free install. Paid locally to have it installed.
Wanted the bigger size, but probably should have waited.
