Yeah this doesn't look to be the GLS model. FWIW, I have a 750 GL and I dont hear the fan noise people complain about very often. The big difference between the two models is a much quieter fan profile on the GLS.

Also, the "EU cord" model has the correct US plug cord in it. I got one of these the last time it was this price a few weeks ago.

B rating on the SPL tier list. "Solid electrical performance, let down by poorly tuned protections, mediocre transient response, and a low quality fan"

Mine did not. There are ebay sellers that have them for $1 a pop if you buy a few.

Just a heads up. I have an MSI MAG A850GL and its pretty loud.

So loud that its not in my computer and I am using my old EVGA 750 G3 Supernova.

Complaints valid or not, this is about the cheapest you're going to see a B tier or above 80+ gold full modular PSU

Exactly.

MSI is generally in that group with EVGA, where their PSUs with 7 or 10-year warranties are very good units. I'm buying this just because I'm already running two or three desktops (family of 4 plus work) with pre-COVID PSUs.

Would I prefer an Antec with 10-years? Sure. But I'm not gonna cross my fingers waiting for it to be this price.
