This is not new but refurbished, which has not been mentioned anywhere in the post. You can get 9070 XT for the same price or even slightly less (with half the RAM) and 5070 Ti have also been available for $100-$200 more time and time again with comparable or slightly better processors. This is not much of a deal.

Agreed. And if you're patient and willing to buy refurbished, the Acer Nitro PC (UD.P02AA.05F) on ebay is the same price, with the same specs, but with 5070 Ti instead of the 4070 Ti Super. It's not in stock now, but Acer randomly restocks it maybe every other week and they usually sell out fast so you have to constantly check Acer's ebay listings to snag one.
